Founded in Curitiba, Engetecnica is a key company in the power transmission sector. Over the years, we have consolidated our market leadership by delivering innovative, reliable and efficient infrastructure solutions.
By integrating and developing cutting-edge technologies, we deliver projects faster, more accurately and more cost-effectively — from technical and economic feasibility studies and basic engineering to multidisciplinary detailed design and full execution as EPC or turnkey.
Driven by the global energy transition, Engetecnica expanded into the United States in 2025 and Venezuela in 2026, taking the experience built in Brazil to new markets.

First EC contract
First engineering and construction (EC) contract, the start of our work on power sector projects.
2012 · Substation project
First substation EPC
First substation delivered with engineering, procurement and construction under one management.
2012 · Strategy
Engineering division created
Designs are now developed by an in-house engineering team.
2014 · 500 kV
First 500 kV EPC
First extra-high-voltage project, for Triângulo Mineiro Transmissora (TMT).
2016 · Concession
First concession · Paranaíta Transmissora
First participation as a transmission concessionaire, in Mato Grosso, with the Paranaíta 500/138 kV substation.
2017 · Technology
Pioneering drones and aerial photogrammetry
Drones and aerial photogrammetry are adopted for surveys and construction monitoring.
2018 · Engineering
Transmission line engineering
The Engineering division starts designing transmission lines as well.
2019 · TL project
First self-built transmission line
First transmission line built with our own teams and equipment.
2021 · LEFEE
In-house panel and CCTV factory
Factory in Pinhais (PR) for substation protection and control, telecom and CCTV panels.

First SVC contract
First static var compensator (SVC) contract — equipment that controls voltage on the transmission system.

Paranaíta Transmissora sold to Energisa
The Paranaíta Transmissora concession is sold to Energisa.

Move to our own headquarters on Rua do Semeador, in Curitiba's CIC district.

Branch opened in Miami (FL), our first operation outside Brazil.
